Fundraise for Dyspraxia Foundation

Your incredible efforts make a huge difference to our Dyspraxia community. Every mile you run, event you organise or challenge you take on provides support, advice and hope to those living with dyspraxia and their families!

There are so many ways in which you can support Dyspraxia Foundation, and have fun too, so don’t hesitate to get creative! From popular activities such as coffee mornings and physical events, to challenges of a lifetime or simple things.

Fundraising challenge event

There are so many races and events out there that you can not only have a great time participating in them, but also raise funds for the Dyspraxia Foundation at the same time!

We’ll be on hand to support you every step of the way with your fundraising and can even provide a Dyspraxia Foundation top to wear at the event when you hit your first fundraising milestone. Festival of Inclusivity – 7th July 2024

Parallel WindsorParallel Windsor is a Festival of Inclusivity with Challenge Events for all ages, health conditions & abilities. Held in the grounds of the majestic Windsor Great Park & staged on the iconic Long Walk.Walk, push or run – there are no cut off times. ‘Start Together, Finish Whenever’. Everybody who starts gets a medal, t-shirt & goody bag.

Choose from: 100m, 1K, 5K, 10K or our very own Super Sensory 1K. Parallel’s innovative Super Sensory 1K supports neurodiversity and participants with profound and multiple learning disabilities to exercise their senses over a series of challenges such as engaging with sound, taste, touch, and smell. There is also the option to purchase a Virtual Entry ticket. All Virtual entries receive a medal & t-shirt.

Do your own thing!

Not into running or organised events? That’s OK – you could design your own event for any type of activity (sports or otherwise!) and create a fundraiser by making a Facebook Fundraiser or a JustGiving fundraising page to share with your networks – scroll down to find out more about creating a fundraising page/event.

From sponsored silences, to giving up social media, or how about a daily plank challenge or circuits round your garden? We’re sure you can come up with something which is just right for you!

Set Up a Fundraising Page

Whatever your challenge, set up an online fundraising page through JustGiving or GoFundMe and select Dyspraxia Foundation as your chosen cause. It’s really easy to do and both platforms have great support resources you can access here for Just Giving, or here for GoFundMe, but please do contact us if you need any assistance.

Facebook Fundraisers

Stuck for ideas for birthday gifts? Celebrate your big day whilst supporting our dyspraxia community. Facebook Birthday Fundraisers encourage your Facebook friends to donate to your chosen cause to mark your big day! We are always delighted when supporters like you choose to raise funds for Dyspraxia Foundation in honour of an occasion that’s special to them. The Facebook Fundraisers are easy to set up, don’t take much time, can be shared with your family and friends through your profile, and more importantly your Facebook fundraiser can make all the difference to those living with dyspraxia.

Give in celebration

Whether it’s a wedding, anniversary, your retirement or a birthday – your special occasion could be marked by making a difference to those with dyspraxia. Whatever the celebration, it’s your day. Here’s how you can support Dyspraxia Foundation in your chosen way – online through our JustGiving or GoFundMe donation platform or a Facebook Fundraiser. However you choose to fundraise for Dyspraxia Foundation, we are so incredibly grateful and are here to support you every step of the way!

Give in memory

Donating in memory of a loved one is a special way to continue their story whilst making a lasting difference to those with dyspraxia. There are many ways in which you can honour a loved one’s memory – take a look at our Give in Memory page here.
